Princess Strong Ironing Board 48×16

Princess Strong Ironing Board: Overview

The Princess Strong Ironing Board is a full-size ironing board measuring 48 x 16 inches, finished in a classic pattern that adds colour to your laundry area. It gives you a steady, flat surface for pressing shirts, trousers, uniforms and wrappers, so you do not have to iron on a bed or a table.

Features and Benefits

A 48 x 16 inches board is large enough for most garments, with room to move a shirt or a wrapper without repositioning it all the time. The padded cover protects fabric and helps the iron glide, and the classic pattern hides small marks and scorch shadows better than a plain cover. Ironing boards are made to fold flat, which makes them easy to store in a wardrobe, behind a door or under a bed when you are not using them.

Using and Caring for It

Open the board fully and make sure the legs are locked before you place a hot iron on it. Set the height so that your elbow is slightly bent when you iron, and keep the cord clear of the board so it does not snag. Stand the iron upright on its heel when you pause, never leave it face-down on the cover, and let the board cool before you fold it away.
