LAVALIER K35 Wireless Lavalier Microphone: Overview
The LAVALIER K35 Wireless Lavalier Microphone is a clip-on wireless microphone that plugs into a phone with a Lightning (iPhone) port. It gives vloggers, teachers, preachers and interviewers clearer sound than the phone’s built-in microphone.
Features and Benefits
A lavalier microphone clips onto your clothing close to your mouth, which makes your voice much clearer and reduces background noise and echo compared with a phone microphone held at arm’s length. A wireless version removes the cable between you and the phone, so you can move around while filming, teaching or presenting. It is popular for TikTok, YouTube and Instagram videos, online lessons, interviews and live streams, and it costs far less than professional audio equipment.
Using and Caring for It
Clip the microphone about 15 to 20 centimetres below your chin, away from jewellery and rustling fabric. Plug the receiver into the phone, switch on both parts, charge them before use and test a short recording before the real one. Keep the microphone dry and away from heat, and wipe the windscreen if you have one when it gets dirty.
