Pantum M7100 Series: Overview
The Pantum M7100 Series is a mono (black-and-white) laser multifunction printer, which prints, copies and scans. The M7100 series is a monochrome laser printer that also scans and copies, with Wi-Fi support for easy wireless printing.
Features and Benefits
Laser printers use toner powder instead of liquid ink, so the print does not smudge and each toner cartridge prints many more pages than an ink cartridge, which brings the cost per page down. A mono laser is the sensible choice for offices that print mostly text, such as invoices, reports, forms and assignments. A multifunction model saves desk space and money because one device handles printing, copying and scanning. Wi-Fi support lets laptops, phones and tablets print without a cable, so several people can share the printer. Pantum is a printer brand known for affordable machines and low running costs, which is why it is popular with small offices and schools.
Using and Caring for It
Put the printer on a firm, level surface with space around it for ventilation, and connect it by the supplied cable or your Wi-Fi network. Install the toner following the instructions, load clean, dry paper and print a test page. Use a surge protector, because power spikes damage printers, keep paper in a dry place to avoid jams and replace the toner when prints turn faint.
