Nosik 150W Portable Power Station + 30W Solar Panel: Overview
The Nosik 150W Portable Power Station + 30W Solar Panel is a portable battery power station with a solar panel included. It gives you electricity wherever you are, without a generator and without fuel, and the panel lets you recharge it from the sun.
Features and Benefits
A portable power station is a large rechargeable battery with an inverter, which means it can supply normal AC sockets as well as DC and USB outputs. The 150W rating is the most power it can supply at one time, and it can run items such as phone chargers, laptops, lights, fans and a TV within that limit. The 30W solar panel recharges the unit from sunlight, which makes the set useful for homes with frequent power cuts, shops, camping, outdoor events, farms and site work. It is quiet, has no fumes and costs nothing to run once you own it. At this size it is best for charging devices and running lights and a small fan. Keep in mind that heavy appliances such as air conditioners, irons and kettles are beyond the power of a unit this size.
Using and Caring for It
Charge the power station fully before first use, using the mains, the solar panel or both, and check the total wattage of the devices you plan to run against its rating. Place the solar panel in direct sunlight facing the sun and keep it clean. Keep the power station in a cool, dry, ventilated place and do not cover it while it is running or charging. Do not use it in the rain. Recharge it regularly even if you rarely use it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can a 150W power station run?
Devices that draw less than 150 watts at once, such as phone chargers, laptops, LED lights, a fan and a small TV. Add up the watts of your devices to be sure.
How long will it run my devices?
Run time depends on the battery capacity in watt-hours and on what you connect. Ask Vsonic for the battery capacity of this unit.
How long does the solar panel take to recharge it?
It depends on the sunshine and the battery size. A 30W panel recharges the unit more slowly than the mains, so plan a full day of sun for a full charge.
