VINOVO Wireless Presentation Clicker: Overview
The VINOVO Wireless Presentation Clicker is a handheld remote for controlling slides from a distance, with a built-in pointer to highlight what is on screen. It suits teachers, preachers, trainers and managers who present to groups.
Features and Benefits
A clicker lets you stand away from the laptop, face your audience and still move forward and back through your slides, which makes a talk feel more confident and natural. The pointer, usually a red laser, lets you draw attention to a figure, a word or part of an image without walking to the screen. Because it connects wirelessly through a small USB receiver, there are no cables to trip over, and it works with common presentation software on most laptops. It is a small, cheap tool that makes classroom lessons, church presentations and boardroom meetings look more polished.
Using and Caring for It
Plug the USB receiver into your laptop, fit fresh batteries in the clicker and test it before you begin. Stay within range of the receiver and keep the pointer pointed at the screen, never at people’s eyes, since laser pointers can damage eyesight. Switch the clicker off after use, store the receiver where it will not get lost and replace the batteries when the buttons become slow to respond.
