Super Sony Travel Steam Iron: Overview
The Super Sony Travel Steam Iron is a compact steam iron made for trips, hostels and small spaces. It brings the creases-out power of steam in a body that packs easily into a suitcase.
Features and Benefits
Travel steam irons are smaller and lighter than full-size irons, which makes them easy to pack and quick to heat. Steam relaxes the fibres so creases disappear faster than with heat alone, which is helpful for shirts, blouses and dresses that have been folded in a suitcase. It is also a good choice for students and anyone with limited storage, and the smaller tank means it heats up quickly for last-minute touch-ups.
Using and Caring for It
Fill the tank with clean water to the marked level, using distilled water where possible to reduce scale. Set the temperature for the fabric, wait for the iron to heat and press steadily. Empty the tank after use, stand the iron upright to cool and keep the cord away from the hot soleplate.
