Practical Everyday Functions
The K40 includes work codes, SMS, daylight saving time, self-service query, automatic status switching, a scheduled bell, T9 input and 9-digit user IDs. Fingerprint capacity is up to 3,000 templates (reduced to 1,000 when the SSR report function is on), and ID or Mifare cards are optional.
Door and Bell Connections
Simple access control means the K40 can connect to a third-party electric lock and exit button, or to an external bell. Capacity varies by version, so confirm the specification with the seller.
