ZKTeco Z8304XE-S 4-Channel 1080P Lite XVR Video Recorder

About the ZKTeco Z8304XE-S 4-Channel XVR

The ZKTeco Z8304XE-S is a 4-channel 1080P Lite XVR (DVR) designed for small CCTV systems such as a shop, a home or a small office.

Key Features

Four channels let you connect up to four cameras, and 1080P recording gives clear full HD footage. A hybrid XVR records and plays back footage from several camera types and lets you view it locally or remotely. It is the usual hub of an HD CCTV system built on coaxial cable.

Where It Fits

It is a practical choice for small and medium CCTV systems where several cameras feed one recorder.

Installation and Integration

Place the recorder in a ventilated, secure spot, connect each camera by coaxial cable, add a hard drive and a monitor, and set up recording. Check which camera standards and hard drive sizes the model supports.

Tips for Best Results

Use a surveillance-grade hard drive sized for the number of cameras and the days of footage you want to keep, change the default password straight away, and keep the recorder in a cool, ventilated place.

Before You Buy

Specifications such as capacity, connectivity and supported software vary between versions of the ZKTeco Z8304XE-S 4-Channel XVR. Ask Vsonic to confirm the exact version and specification before you place your order. A hard drive is usually bought separately, so check whether one is included.
